I’ve always lived a really busy and active lifestyle which meant I had little to no time to get ready in the morning. It was frustrating not being able to find clothes that could be comfortable enough to keep up with my daily routine and at the same time made me look good with minimal effort.

After working in the fashion industry for more than 15 years,I gained the knowledge and ability to create pieces that were focused on fit, style, quality and comfort. During that time, I also witness firsthand the inhumane conditions faced by apparel workers in third world countries who have to labor long hours making less than $1 per day. I firmly believe that workers should not only be properly compensated but should also be able to work under safe conditions. After much thought I made the decision to create an Anti-Fast Fashion brand that would allow women to go through their day in style and comfort.

So, in 2015 I founded LIZ MARINO.
